All too often we set our feelings aside, thinking we will deal with them later. That's what I did for many years until I had no other choice but to face my issues.
In my early 20s after a near-death experience & a massive panic attack, my personal journey of healing & growth started. The most important question I asked myself was; If I don't do anything about my anxiety, my stress, my anger, and my inability to communicate and connect to people, where will I be one year from now? and my need to take action was very obvious.
For more than two decades, I have explored and studied healing modalities, mindfulness practices, human behavior, quantum physics, and the power of our minds. I have committed myself to shift my mindset, undoing behaviors, and re-writing my narrative in order to live a happier, more productive, and purposeful life.
Since 2003, I have been operating my coaching practice, & supporting my clients on their right path. I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of issues. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment, where we collaborate as a team to help you meet your desired goals. See my specializations on the next page!
I have my M.A. degree in Psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy) and have completed multiple certifications in Professional Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistics, and Kensho (truth-seeking) coaching.
I believe that coaching is most effective when combined with a trusting and nurturing relationship. I like to balance listening with practical, structured interventions to help clients both inside and outside of the session.
My approach is from a Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Humanistic perspective. All treatments are customized for every client.
I have additional experience working with young adults and career-related issues. I also enjoy helping improve communication and coping skills.
If we don't deal with our feelings & past we end up storing them in our minds & bodies, and this is when anxiety & other health issues arise. It takes great courage to start processing our pain and feelings, and denying ourselves of this process can lead to trouble (anxiety attacks, physical illnesses due to stress).
