Since 1999, I have been able to work on my mindset, learn different strategies, undo-behaviors, beliefs and become aware of many other internal factors in order to start living a happier, productive, and purposeful life.   Don't get me wrong.  I don't have it all together and there are still many things that I need to accomplish; but I feel happier now, because I have found what my purpose is, and not only am I continuing to remain on this journey for more healing and self-discovery, but since 2003 I have committed to support and coach my clients to reach their goals, heal and live their truth! 

New Business Adventure! 

In 2016 after being terminated from my Corporate position as a change leader, I took a leap of faith and expanded my coaching business and launched the consulting and training aspect of the business.  Since, I have been designing customized staff development training programs for businesses, corporation and educational institutions.  Among my customers are Glendale Community College, Coffee Cube, Riverside Community College, Norwalk La Mirada School District, El Camino College, Soroptimist International, (PMI) Project Managment Association, Reclaim Conference for the Western Diocese Armenian Church, and many more.
