- 2020-Joined the board of directors of The Gr818ers a community organization promoting the positive values and elements of Hip Hop Culture across the globe.
- 2018- Present Rotary International- Glendale Sunrise Rotary Club Youth Outreach and public relations chairperson
- 1999-Present: Volunteer as the Educational Director, Lead Coach, and Youth Mentor for Ark Family Center, Inc. I have committed to Ark's mission because my personal journey and so much of my success I owe to the excellent programs offered at Ark and the training I received from Dr. K. (Ark Founder and CEO).
- 2015-2016- Change and Transformation Manager for CBRE, Inc.
- 1999-2015-Analyst, Employment Coach and Business Specialist at City of Glendale. Where I have coached and empowered hundreds of job seekers to find their desired career path and fulfilled while assisting businesses with their recruitment and hiring.
- 2014- Author of a 21-Day Workbook "A Woman's Spiritual Healing Experience- SHE!"
- 2010-Present: Past President and member of the Character & Ethics Project Board of Directors.
- 2007-2013- Camp Rosie Workshop Facilitator- A project for low income young girls sponsored by City of Glendale Commission on the Status of Women and Soroptimist International of Glendale.
- 2004-2010- Chair Person and Member of "Community Action Against Bullying" and "Bully Me Not!" Projects.
- 2010-Peacemaker Workshop Facilitator- Rosemont Middle School Key Club Project.
- 2007-2018 Case Manager and Advisor for Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU)- Generation Next Mentorship Program.
- Provided Complimentary Workshops: to City of Glendale, Northrop Grumman, Cal State University, Los Angeles, L.A. Pierce Community College, Rotary Noon of Glendale, Rotary New Generation of Glendale, Glendale Unified School District, PTA groups, St. Peter's Armenian Apostolic Church, Armenian Nursing Association, and others.
